Agreement: By submitting a transaction, purchasing services, or engaging with Legacy Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service.
01 · Services Provided

What We Do

Legacy Solutions provides contract-to-close transaction coordination services, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance tracking and deadline management
  • Document coordination and oversight
  • Communication with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
  • Transaction timeline management through closing

Legacy Solutions does not act as a licensed real estate agent, broker, attorney, or lender.

02 · Service Activation & Payment

When Services Begin

Submission of a transaction intake form does not automatically initiate services.

Services begin only after payment has been received and confirmed. Legacy Solutions reserves the right to delay or decline service if payment is not completed.

03 · Pricing & Payment Options

How Payment Works

Services may be purchased in the following ways:

  • Per-transaction payment at the standard rate
  • Prepaid transaction packages (5-Pack or 10-Pack) at a discounted rate
  • Custom or promotional pricing at the discretion of Legacy Solutions

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers including Stripe. Legacy Solutions does not store credit card or banking details directly.

04 · Packages & Prepaid Services

Package Terms

Prepaid transaction packages are offered at a discounted rate and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date
  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Legacy Solutions
  • Each transaction used within a package is considered fully consumed once coordination begins
  • Unused transactions may be eligible for refund in accordance with the Refund Policy
05 · Refund Policy

Refunds

All refunds are governed by the Legacy Solutions Refund Policy. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

06 · Client Responsibilities

Your Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete transaction information at intake
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Respond to communication requests promptly
  • Maintain cooperation throughout the transaction process

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service delivery and does not qualify the client for a refund.

07 · Scope of Work

What We Don't Do

Legacy Solutions provides coordination services only. We do not:

  • Provide legal advice or legal representation
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of any party
  • Make decisions on behalf of agents or clients

All final decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed real estate agent and their client.

08 · Transaction Outcomes

No Guarantee of Closing

Legacy Solutions is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Failed closings due to any cause
  • Lender decisions or financing denials
  • Title issues or defects
  • Buyer or seller withdrawal

Coordination services are performed regardless of the final outcome of the transaction. A failed closing does not entitle the client to a refund.

09 · Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

10 · Cancellations

Cancelling Services

Clients may request cancellation of services in writing at any time. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy based on the stage of coordination at the time of the request.

11 · Modifications to Services

Service Changes

Legacy Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice. Clients with active transactions will be notified of any changes that materially affect their file.

Updates to This Agreement

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
